Red Tails Racing Foundation exists to fight isolation, unemployment, and veteran suicide — one lap, one wrench, one mission at a time.
Based in Las Vegas, where over 138,000 veterans call home, we serve those who’ve served by using motorsports, technical training, and community to restore purpose and connection. Too many veterans and first responders face life after service alone — battling physical and mental wounds, fixed incomes, and fading support. The result? A heartbreaking average of 22 veteran suicides per day. At Red Tails, we respond with speed, skill, and brotherhood — creating a place to heal, belong, and thrive again.
Founded in 2025, Red Tails Racing Foundation is a veteran-led 501(c)(3) nonprofit that turns passion into purpose. Through track days, sim racing, mobile repair training, and hands-on mentorship, we help veterans and first responders reconnect, gain real-world skills, and find new direction.
The impact is real: isolation fades, confidence returns, and careers begin. From adrenaline therapy on the track to paychecks earned in the garage, every Red Tails program helps restore mission, brotherhood, and hope after service.

Education and mentorship at Red Tails Racing open the door to lasting transformation. We offer driver education, motorsport career guidance, and hands-on on-the-job training (OJT) to help veterans and first responders break into the industry. Our programs include resume building, interview coaching, VA benefit navigation, and financial counseling — all designed to build confidence, create opportunity, and support long-term success on and off the track.
